Zahren Financial Co, LLC (“ZFC”), with headquarters in Avon, CT is pleased to announce the closing of a private placement venture capital offering in ZFC Capital Partners I, LP of $3,775,000 of investor subscriptions. Certain proceeds after expenses have been invested in shares of the Series D Preferred stock of Stem, Inc.
ZFC is also the manager of Clean Feet Investors I, LLC which invested $8 million of project equity with Stem in 2013-2015.
Bernie Zahren, CEO of ZFC said; “We are very proud to invest alongside a number of large venture capital investors in the approximate $110 Million D round for Stem placed as of 2018.” Investors in Clean Feet were offered this unique opportunity because of the relationship and support of Stem when their battery storage systems were in the early stages of development.
