Zahren Financial Co, LLC (“ZFC”), the Manager of Clean Feet Investors I, LLC (“CFI”) is proud to announce that $11,000.00 in matching donations was made to the Union of Concerned Scientists (“UCS”), Sierra Club Foundation (“SCF”) and Sierra Club Connecticut (“SCC”). These donations, made by ZFC from the Management Fees earned by running CFI, resulted from matching voluntary gifts to the above organizations in late 2018 by a number of investors in the Clean Feet Investors I, LLC Fund and the D Round of Stem, Inc. stock. The original 2017 Matching Investor Donation Program for Clean Feet Investors was a trial effort to support one specific non-profit, the UCS, and was so successful that ZFC has expanded this program in 2018 and will continue supporting the NGO community.

Clean Feet Investors I, LLC is managed by ZFC and was closed to new investors in 2016. To date approximately $30,000,000 of capital, from qualified accredited investors and reinvestment of several asset sales, has been placed in operating assets by ZFC with eleven different partner companies. ZFC has made regular quarterly cash distributions to investors who embrace the concept of “Doing Well by Doing Good” since the inception of the CFI offering in 2010.
