Clean Feet Investors II, LP (“CFI II” or “the Fund”) is pleased to announce its first investor closing on September 25, 2020. This successor fund follows Clean Feet Investors I, LLC (“CFI I”) which has a successful track record of 39 consecutive quarterly pre-tax cash distributions to investors at double digit annualized rates of return since 2011. To date, CFI I has invested approximately $30,000,000 of capital from qualified accredited investors and reinvestment of several asset sales. The capital has been placed in operating assets with twelve different partner companies. CFI I management has the unique philosophy of assisting their partner companies when necessary to achieve optimal returns. This proactive management approach enables us to help deliver consistent returns for sustainable operating assets.
CFI II management is introducing new innovative features for sustainable (or ESG) investing. Quarterly cash distributions from operating assets are projected along with certain tax benefits and creative options for prospective investors. Projects will be domiciled inside North America in renewable energy & environmental innovation with contractually binding obligations.
The Fund is proud to announce that it has adopted the “United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals” as part of the overall investment selection criteria. While the U.N goals themselves are very broad, CFI II feels there are certain sectors that its capital can both enhance and enrich.
